Quit Q&A

Need help?

What’s harder to quit, smoking or smokeless tobacco?

Every quit is different, just as every tobacco addict is different. Quitting depends on motivation and preparation, and its level of difficulty can be affected by many factors such as degree, frequency and duration of tobacco use, age and general health of the quitter, metabolism, physical activity, environment, partners and family, support network, peer group, etc. Kind of like trying to figure which is easier, jogging or swimming?
