How can I increase my motivation to stay quit?

Repeating a personal quit mantra can help you feel focused and strengthen your commitment to keep your quit. A mantra is a positive phrase, motivating statement or empowering affirmation that inspires you. Be sure it is in the present tense and focus on what you DO want. Here are some examples:
