Having people to cheer you on can make a big difference. Think about people you can call or message when you need extra help or a little boost, and let them know you’re quitting. Are there other people in your life who would be good at checking in on you without nagging or pestering you? Let them know how they can help, too. Quitting smoking can be challenging enough, there’s no need to quit alone!
