There's an increased risk of seizure as a result of taking Zyban, so those with seizure disorders, serious head trauma, or current or past eating disorders (anorexia and bulimia) should not use Zyban. Zyban should not be used in people who are already taking Wellbutrin or who have taken an MAO inhibitor anti-depressant within the past 14 days. If you are planning to take Zyban, talk with your doctor to find out if Zyban is right for you.
